19 لَا يُحْرَمُ بِالْحَجِّ إِلَّا فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ

Ihram for Hajj is entered only in the months of Hajj

20 لَا يُمْنَعُ أَحَدٌ عَنِ الطَّوَافِ بِالْبَيْتِ وَالصَّلَاةِ فِيهِ أَيَّ سَاعَةٍ أَحَبَّ

No one is to be prevented from circling the House and praying in it at any hour he wishes

21 مَنْ أَرَادَ الْحَجَّ فَلْيَتَعَجَّلْ

Whoever intends Hajj should hasten to it

24 سُئِلَ أَيُّ الْعَمَلِ أَفْضَلُ قَالَ " الْعَجُّ وَالثَّجُّ "

He was asked which deed is best and said: Raising the voice (in Talbiyah) and shedding the blood (of sacrifice)

25 تَلْبِيَةُ مَا عَلَى الْأَرْضِ مِنْ يَمِينِ الْمُلَبِّي وَشِمَالِهِ

Everything on the earth to the right and left of the one saying the Talbiyah says it with him

26 حِلَّةُ لَحْمِ الصَّيْدِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ مَا لَمْ يَصِدْهُ أَوْ يُصَادَ لَهُ

The meat of game is lawful for the one in ihram as long as he did not hunt it and it was not hunted for him

27 الْحِجَامَةُ لِلْمُحْرِمِ

Cupping for the one in ihram

28 قَتْلُ الْحَيَّةِ فِي الْحَرَمِ

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) placing the Black Stone in its place when the House was built

Allah boasts of the people of Arafat to the inhabitants of heaven
