It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Here I am for Hajj and Umrah together."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it!

Grading: Its chain is sahih. Reference / Source: Imam Ahmad, Ibn Majah (2969), al-Tirmidhi (821) and Ibn Hibban (3933) narrated it through various routes from Humayd al-Tawil from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him). Imam al-Tirmidhi called it "hasan sahih". Reference / Source: Imam Ahmad (19/11958), Muslim (1251), Abu Dawud and al-Nasa'i narrated it via Hushaym bin Bashir and Isma'il bin 'Ulayyah from Humayd from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him). Reference / Source: Imam Ahmad, al-Bukhari (4353) and Muslim (1232) narrated it through the route of Humayd al-Tawil from Bakr bin 'Abdullah al-Muzani, that he mentioned to Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) this hadith of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) entered ihram for 'Umrah and Hajj together. Technical note: This route does not weaken Humayd's direct narration from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), because Humayd heard the brief hadith from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), while the story about Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) he heard via Bakr bin 'Abdullah. Corroborating chains and supporting reports: This hadith has several other routes from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), the details of which can be seen in our takhrij of 'Musnad Ahmad' (11958).
