It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "All the paths of Makkah are both a passage and a place of sacrifice."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): Although Usamah bin Zayd al-Laythi is hasan al-hadith, some of his narrations are munkar. He is alone in narrating it from 'Ata' with this wording, and he went against more reliable narrators. Important point / Summary: The preserved narration has only the words "All of Mina is a place of sacrifice", with no mention of the streets of Makkah. For this reason Yahya al-Qattan abandoned him. Reference / Source: Ahmad (14498), Abu Dawud (1937) and Ibn Majah (3048) narrated it through 'Uthman bin 'Umar, Abu Usamah and Waki' with this same chain. Details of the narration: Its wording is: "All of 'Arafah is a place of standing, all of Mina is a place of sacrifice, all of Muzdalifah is a place of standing, and all the streets of Makkah are a road and a place of sacrifice." Grading: This chain is sahih. Reference / Source: Ahmad, Abu Dawud, al-Nasa'i and Muslim (1218) narrated it through Ja'far al-Sadiq from Imam al-Baqir from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I sacrificed here, and all of Mina is a place of sacrifice" (to the end of the hadith). Technical note / Defect ('illah): This sahih chain does not mention the streets of Makkah. Corroborating chains and supporting reports: The supporting report for Imam al-Baqir's narration from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) is the hadith of 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), narrated by Ahmad, Abu Dawud and al-Tirmidhi, who graded it "hasan sahih". (1868). Corroborating chains and supporting reports: The narration of Usamah bin Zayd has no supporting report except the narration of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) in Abu Dawud (2324), but its chain is munqati' (broken), because Muhammad bin al-Munkadir did not hear from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him). Technical note / Defect ('illah): Al-Qasim bin Abd Allah al-'Umari narrated it as marfu', but al-Qasim is "matruk"; Imam Ahmad declared him a liar, so his narration carries no weight. Note / Clarification: "Fijaj" means wide, broad roads.
