17 من كان يوقعه عليه ويلزمه الطلاق إذا وقتThose who held it takes effect against him and that the divorce is binding if he specifies a time
18 في الرجل يقول: كل امرأة يتزوجها فهي طالق، ولا يوقت وقتاA man who says every woman he marries is divorced, without specifying a time

77 ما قالوا في الرجل يطلق امرأته طلاقا (بائنا) ثم يتبعها بطلاق في عدتها؟A man who gives his wife a final divorce and then follows it with a divorce during her waiting period

83 من قال: إذا تزوج العبد بغير إذن السيد فالطلاق بيد السيدThose who said: if a slave marries without his master's permission, divorce is in the master's hand
84 ما قالوا في المرأة تسلم قبل زوجها، من قال: يفرق بينهماA woman who accepts Islam before her husband: those who said they are separated
85 من قال: إذا أسلمت (ولم) (يسلم) لم تنزع منهThose who said: if she accepts Islam and he does not, she is not taken from him
86 من قال: إذا أبى أن يسلم فهي تطليقةThose who said: if he refuses to accept Islam, it counts as one divorce
87 ما قالوا فيه إذا أسلم وهي في عدتها؟ من (قال): هو أحق بهاIf he accepts Islam during her waiting period: those who said he has the greater right to her
88 من قال: ليس في الظهار وقتThose who said zihar has no time limit
89 ما قالوا فيه إذا قال: أنت علي كظهر أمي إن قربتكIf he says: you are to me like my mother's back if I approach you
90 ما قالوا (المبارأة) تكون طلاقاMutual release (mubara'ah) counting as a divorce
91 من قال: كل فرقة تطليقةThose who said every separation is a divorce
