١٨٨٧٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا الفضل بن دكين عن إسرائيل عن أبي حصين عن شريح قال: (لا) (١) يجوز (طلاقه) (٢).
Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The divorce of a mentally deficient person (ma'tuh) is nothing.
