١٨٧٠٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن يزيد بن إبراهيم عن ابن سيرين عن يونس بن جبير عن ابن عمر أنه طلق امرأته وهي حائض فقيل له: احتسبت بها؟ يعني التطليقة قال: فقال: فما (يمنعني) (١) إن كنت عجزت (واستحمقت) (٢) (٣).
Yunus bin Jubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) divorced his wife while she was menstruating. Someone asked him: Did you count the divorce given during menstruation? He said: If I was faced with ignorance or helplessness, then what prevented me (from counting it)?
