Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 18921 — Ruling on the Divorce

١٨٩٢١ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: طلاق النشوان جائز] (١).

Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the divorce of a person who is intoxicated is valid.
