١٨٧٢١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا محمد بن عبيد عن خالد (النيلي) (١) عن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم في رجل طلق امرأته فأشهد، ثم راجعها (ولم) (٢) يشهد، قال: لم يكن يكره ذلك تأثما، ولكن كان يخاف أن يجحد.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: If a man divorces his wife and makes witnesses to the divorce, but when he takes her back he does not make witnesses to taking her back, what is the ruling? He said: There is no sin in it, but he may face denial among people.
