١٩٦٠٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن سفيان عن الشيباني عن (بكير) (١) بن الأخنس عن مجاهد عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى أن عليًا أوقفه (٢).
Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Layla (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) held the ruling of ila' in suspension on the man who swore it.
