2 hadith (2828 — 2829)

2 مَا أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ شَيْئًا أَبْغَضَ إِلَيْهِ مِنَ الطَّلَاقِ

Allah has not made lawful anything more hateful to Him than divorce

1 hadith (2830 — 2830)

3 لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ خَبَّبَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى زَوْجِهَا ، أَوْ عَبْدًا عَلَى سَيِّدِهِ

He is not one of us who turns a woman against her husband or a slave against his master

4 طَلَاقُ الْمَرْأَةِ بِأَمْرِ الْأَبَوَيْنِ

Divorcing a wife at the command of one's parents

5 ثَلَاثٌ جِدُّهُنَّ جِدٌّ ، وَهَزْلُهُنَّ جِدٌّ ، النِّكَاحُ ، وَالطَّلَاقُ ، وَالرَّجْعَةُ

Three things whose seriousness is serious and whose jest is serious: marriage, divorce and taking back a wife

6 لَا طَلَاقَ وَلَا عَتَاقَ فِي إِغْلَاقٍ

There is no divorce and no manumission under coercion

Allah has cursed the one who performs tahlil and the one for whom it is performed

There is no divorce for one who does not possess, and no manumission for one who does not own

14 لَا نَذْرَ لِابْنِ آدَمَ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ

The son of Adam has no vow concerning what he does not own
