١٨٩١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا (أبو معاوية عن حجاج) (١) عن الحكم قال: كان يقول: طلاق المبرسم والمحموم الذي يهذي، ونكاح (المجنون) (٢) ليس بشيء.
Al-Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The divorce of one suffering from birsam who talks incoherently, and of one in a fever who talks incoherently, and the marriage of an insane person, carry no weight.
