The phrases of the adhan are said twice and those of the iqamah once

15 لَا يُرَدُّ الدُّعَاءُ عِنْدَ الْأَذَانِ وَعِنْدَ الْبَأْسِ

Supplication is not rejected at the time of the adhan and during battle

18 مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ سَمِعَ الْمُؤَذِّنَ وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ رَضِيتُ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيًّا وَبِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا غُفِرَ لَهُ ذَنْبُهُ

Whoever says on hearing the muezzin: And I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone with no partner, and that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger; I am pleased with Allah as Lord, Muhammad as Prophet and Islam as religion, his sins are forgiven

19 إِمَامَةُ الْمَرْأَةِ النِّسَاءَ فِي الْفَرَائِضِ

A woman leading women in the obligatory prayers

20 إِذَا أَذَّنْتَ فَتَرَسَّلْ فِي أَذَانِكَ وَإِذَا أَقَمْتَ فَاحْدِرْ وَاجْعَلْ بَيْنَ أَذَانِكَ وَإِقَامَتِكَ قَدْرَ مَا يَفْرُغُ الْآكِلُ وَالشَّارِبُ مِنْ شُرْبِهِ

When you call the adhan, call it slowly, and when you call the iqamah, be quick, and leave between your adhan and iqamah enough time for one eating or drinking to finish

2 hadith (743 — 744)

21 مَنْ قَالَ مِثْلَ مَا يَقُولُ الْمُؤَذِّنُ يَقِينًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

Whoever repeats what the muezzin says with certainty will enter Paradise

2 hadith (745 — 746)

22 مَنْ أَذَّنَ اثْنَتَيْ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ وَكُتِبَ لَهُ بِكُلِّ أَذَانٍ سِتُّونَ حَسَنَةً وَبِكُلِّ إِقَامَةٍ ثَلَاثُونَ حَسَنَةً

Whoever calls the adhan for twelve years, Paradise becomes due for him, and sixty good deeds are recorded for him for each adhan and thirty for each iqamah

5 hadith (747 — 751)

23 مَا بَيْنَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ قِبْلَةٌ

What is between the east and the west is a qiblah
