لَا يُرَدُّ الدُّعَاءُ عِنْدَ الْأَذَانِ وَعِنْدَ الْبَأْسِ

Mustadrak al-Hakim — Hadith 731

وقد حدَّثَناه أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب، حدثنا إبراهيم بن مُنِقذ الخَوْلاني بمصر، حدثني إدريس بن يحيى، حدثنا الفضل بن المختار، عن حُمَيد الطَّويل، عن أنس بن مالك، أنَّ رسول الله ﷺ قال: "الدعاءُ مستجابٌ ما بين النِّداء" (3).
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The supplication made in the interval between the adhan and the iqamah is answered (accepted)."

(3) إسناده واه الفضل بن المختار قال أبو حاتم الرازي: أحاديثه منكرة يحدِّث بالبواطيل، ووهّاه الذهبي في "تاريخ الإسلام" 4/ 707. لكن ما قبله يُغْني عنه.
Grading: This chain is "wahin" (extremely weak); regarding the narrator al-Fadl bin al-Mukhtar, Abu Hatim al-Razi said: "His hadiths are munkar, and he narrates falsehoods." Al-Dhahabi also declared him extremely weak in "Tarikh al-Islam" 4/707.
Note / Clarification: However, the narrations before it make it unnecessary.
وأخرجه ابن عساكر في "تاريخ دمشق" 43/ 9 من طريق الحسن بن علي بن مؤمل، عن محمد بن يعقوب أبي العباس الأصم، بهذا الإسناد. وفيه: "ما بين النداء والإقامة".
Reference / Source: Ibn Asakir recorded it in "Tarikh Dimashq" 43/9 through al-Hasan bin Ali bin Mu'ammal, from Muhammad bin Ya'qub Abu al-Abbas al-Asamm, with this same chain, and in it is the mention of "the interval between the call (adhan) and the iqamah".
