مَنْ أَذَّنَ اثْنَتَيْ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ وَكُتِبَ لَهُ بِكُلِّ أَذَانٍ سِتُّونَ حَسَنَةً وَبِكُلِّ إِقَامَةٍ ثَلَاثُونَ حَسَنَةً
Whoever calls the adhan for twelve years, Paradise becomes due for him, and sixty good deeds are recorded for him for each adhan and thirty for each iqamah

أخبرنا أبو الحسين أحمد بن عثمان الأَدَمي ببغداد، حدثنا أبو إسماعيل محمد بن إسماعيل السُّلمَي، حدثنا عبد الله بن صالح المِصْري، حدثني يحيى بن أيوب، عن ابن جُرَيج، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر، أنَّ النبي ﷺ قال: "مَن أَذَّن اثنتي عشرةَ سنةً وَجَبَت له الجنة، وكُتِبَ له بتأذينِه في كل مرةٍ ستون حسنةً، وبإقامتِه ثلاثون حسنةً" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط البخاري. وله شاهد من حديث عبد الله بن لَهِيعة، وقد استَشهَد به مسلم ﵀:

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever gives the adhan for twelve years, Paradise becomes obligatory for him, and for him are recorded sixty good deeds for each time he gives the adhan and thirty good deeds for each iqamah."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Bukhari.

(1) حديث حسن بما بعده، وهذا إسناد ضعيف من أجل عنعنة ابن جريج، فإنه مدلِّس، وقد ذكر البخاري في "التاريخ الكبير" 8/ 306 أنَّ يحيى بن المتوكل رواه عن ابن جريج عمَّن حدثه عن نافع، ثم قال: وهو أشبه.
Grading: This hadith is "hasan" on the strength of the supporting reports that come after it, though this particular chain is weak because of the 'an'anah (not stating explicit hearing) of Ibn Jurayj (Abd al-Malik bin Abd al-Aziz), since he is a mudallis.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): Al-Bukhari mentioned in "al-Tarikh al-Kabir" 8/306 that Yahya bin al-Mutawakkil narrated it from Ibn Jurayj, from an (unnamed) person, from Nafi', and he said that this is closer to the truth.
وأخرجه ابن ماجه (728) من طريقين عن عبد الله بن صالح، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: Ibn Majah (728) recorded it by two routes through Abd Allah bin Salih (the scribe of al-Layth) with this same chain.
