بَابُ الْحَثِّ عَلَى الْوَصِيَّةِ
The encouragement to make a will
2 بَابُ مَا يُكْتَبُ فِي الْوَصِيَّةِ .What is to be written in a will
3 بَابٌ فِيمَنْ حَافَ فِي وَصِيَّتِهِ .One who is unjust in his will
4 بَابٌ فِيمَنْ تَصَرَّفَ فِي مَرَضِهِ بِأَكْثَرَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ .One who disposes of more than a third during his illness
5 بَابُ الْوَصِيَّةِ بِأَكْثَرَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ لِمَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ .Bequeathing more than a third for one who has no heir
6 بَابٌ الْوَصِيَّةُ بِالثُّلُثِ .Bequeathing a third
7 بَابٌ فِيمَنْ أَوْصَى بِسَهْمٍ مِنْ مَالِهِ .One who bequeaths a share of his wealth
8 بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَنْخَلِعُ مِنْ مَالِهِ .One who gives away all his wealth
9 بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَتْرُكُ وَرَثَتَهُ أَغْنِيَاءَ .One who leaves his heirs well off
10 بَابٌ : لَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ .No bequest for an heir
11 بَابٌ : لَا وَصِيَّةَ لِقَاتِلٍ .No bequest for a killer
12 بَابٌ الْوَصِيَّةُ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْخَيْرِ .Bequeathing to people of good
13 بَابٌ فِي الْوَصِيِّ يَشْتَرِي لِنَفْسِهِ مِنْ مَالِ التَّرِكَةِ أَوْ يَسْتَقْرِضُ .The executor buying for himself from the estate or borrowing from it
14 بَابٌ وَصِيَّةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - .The final counsel of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
15 بَابٌ وَصِيَّةُ نُوحٍ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ .The final counsel of Noah (peace be upon him)
16 بَابٌ وَصِيَّةُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ .The final counsel of Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him)
