عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " تَرْكُ الْوَصِيَّةِ عَارٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا ، وَنَارٌ وَشَنَارٌ فِي الْآخِرَةِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ جَمَاعَةٌ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Abandoning the making of a will is a cause of disgrace in this world, and of fire and shameful disgrace in the Hereafter."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a group of narrators whom I do not know.
