بَابٌ فِيمَنْ تَصَرَّفَ فِي مَرَضِهِ بِأَكْثَرَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ .

وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ : إِيَّاكَ الْحِرْمَانَ فِي الْحَيَاةِ وَالتَّبْذِيرَ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سِنَانٍ الْأَسَدِيُّ كَذَا هُوَ فِي النُّسْخَةِ وَالظَّاهِرُ أَنَّهُ ابْنُ زِيَادٍ الْأَسْدِيُّ ، فَإِنْ كَانَ ابْنَ زِيَادٍ فَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سِنَانٍ الْأَسَدِيُّ كَذَا هُوَ فِي النُّسْخَةِ وَالظَّاهِرُ أَنَّهُ ابْنُ زِيَادٍ الْأَسْدِيُّ ، فَإِنْ كَانَ ابْنَ زِيَادٍ فَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) says: "Beware of withholding throughout life and of extravagance at the time of death!"
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Abdullah bin Sinan al-Asadi. It is mentioned like this in the manuscript, but it appears that he is Ibn Ziyad al-Asadi, because if he is Ibn Ziyad, then its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
