عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْجُمَحِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ، وَأَنَا عِنْدَ نَاقَتِهِ : " لَيْسَ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ . قَدْ أَعْطَى اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرَ . مَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ أَوْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ ، لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا ، وَلَا عَدْلًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ الْجُمَحِيُّ وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ مَعِينٍ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ النَّاسُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ الْجُمَحِيُّ وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ مَعِينٍ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ النَّاسُ .
Sayyiduna Kharijah bin Amr al-Jumahi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: On the day of the Conquest of Makkah he (peace and blessings be upon him) said this while I was beside his she-camel. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no will for an heir. Allah Almighty has given every heir his right. For the fornicator there is deprivation. Whoever attributes himself to someone other than his father, or a freed slave who attributes himself to someone other than the master who freed him, upon him is the curse of Allah Almighty, the angels and all mankind. On the Day of Resurrection Allah Almighty will not accept from him any obligatory or voluntary worship."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Abd al-Malik bin Qudamah al-Jumahi, whom Yahya bin Ma'in declared thiqah (trustworthy), while people declared him da'if (weak).
