Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) says: People used to have this written at the beginning of their wills: "This is what so-and-so son of so-and-so has bequeathed: he bears witness that there is no god except Allah Almighty, and that Sayyiduna Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is His servant and His Messenger; that Paradise is true, Hell is true, and the Hour is coming, there is no doubt about it; and that Allah Almighty will raise up those who are in the graves. This person bequeaths to those he leaves behind him the same counsel that Sayyiduna Ibrahim (peace be upon him) gave to his sons (which is mentioned in the Qur'an in these words): 'O my sons! Indeed Allah Almighty has chosen the religion for you, so do not die except as Muslims.'"
Al-Bazzar recorded it; in the original there is a sign that some text has dropped out. Its chain contains Abd al-Mu'min bin Ayyad, whom Abu Hatim and others declared da'if (weak), while al-Bazzar declared him thiqah (trustworthy); the rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
