Book of Reviving Barren Land

باب: من أحيا أرضا ميتة ليست لأحد، ولا في حق أحد، فهي له
Chapter: Whoever revives dead land that belongs to no one and to which no one has a right, it is his
2 باب: من أحيا أرضا ميتة فهي له بعطية رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم دون السلطانChapter: Whoever revives dead land, it is his by the grant of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), not of the ruler
3 باب: لا يترك ذمي يحييه؛ لأن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم جعلها لمن أحياها من المسلمينChapter: A dhimmi is not left to revive it, because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave it to the Muslims who revive it
