Bayhaqi 11839 — Reports on sitting places in markets and elsewhere

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a man gets up from his sitting place and then returns to it, he has the most right to it." A man got up from his place and I sat there; when he came back, Abu Salih made me get up from that place.
