Bayhaqi 11850 — Reports on the prohibition of withholding surplus

It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Excess water should not be withheld, nor the surplus water of a well."
This Harithah is da'if (weak).
