Bayhaqi 11774 — Whoever revives dead land that belongs to no one

Hisham bin Urwah narrates from his father (Urwah, may Allah have mercy on him), attributing it to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that he said: "Whoever revives barren land, it is his, and the one with an unjust root has no right."
