Bayhaqi 11803 — All dead land without an owner is the same wherever

Hisham narrates from his father that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave land to al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him), Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) also granted estates, and Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) granted the place called al-Aqiq to people as estates.
