Bayhaqi 11802 — All dead land without an owner is the same wherever
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ، قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ قَالَ: قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: أنبأ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَقْطَعَ الزُّبَيْرَ أَرْضًا ".
Hisham narrates from his father that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) allotted land to al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him).
