Bayhaqi 11804 — All dead land without an owner is the same wherever

It is narrated from Sayyidah Asma' bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: I used to carry date-stones on my head from the land of Sayyiduna al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had granted him as an estate, and that land was two-thirds of a farsakh away from me.
