Bayhaqi 11777 — Whoever revives dead land that belongs to no one

Kathir bin Abdullah narrates from his father, and he from his grandfather (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever revives barren land without (taking) the right of a Muslim, it is his, and the one with an unjust root has no right."
