Bayhaqi 11826 — One who is granted land or marks off land

Ibn Tawus narrates from his father, and he from a man of Madinah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the place called al-Aqiq to one man. Then, in his time, Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) felt it was too much for him, so he gave part of it to him and distributed the rest among other people.
