Bayhaqi 11786 — A dhimmi is not left to revive

It is reported from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Barren land is for Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). So whoever revives barren land, it is his."
Only Mu'awiyah bin Hisham narrated it as marfu' (attributed to the Prophet) with a connected chain.
