Bayhaqi 11783 — A dhimmi is not left to revive

It is narrated from Ibn Tawus (may Allah have mercy on him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever revives something of barren land, he has the right over it; and the land is first for Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), and for you afterwards."
In one narration the wording is: "Then it is yours from me."
