باب: نسخ الوصية للوالدين والأقربين الوارثين
Chapter: The abrogation of bequests to parents and relatives who inherit
2 باب: من قال بنسخ الوصية للأقربين الذين لا يرثون وجوازها للأجنبيينChapter: Those who held that bequests to non-inheriting relatives are abrogated and bequests to non-relatives are permissible

7 باب: الحزم لمن كان له شيء يريد أن يوصي فيه أن لا يبيت ليلتين أو ثلاث ليال إلا ووصيته مكتوبة عندهChapter: It is prudent for one who has something to bequeath not to spend two or three nights without having his will written with him

15 باب: الرجل يقول: ثلث مالي إلى فلان يضعه حيث أراه الله، وما يختار للموصى إليه أن يعطيه أهل الحاجة من قرابة الميت حتى يغنيهم ثم رضعاءه ثم جيرانهChapter: A man who says: A third of my wealth is for so-and-so to spend as Allah guides him, and that the executor should prefer giving it to the needy relatives of the deceased until they are sufficient, then his foster relatives, then his neighbours
