اُردوEn
وَعَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ: " يُبْدَأُ بِالْعَتَاقَةِ قَبْلَ الْوَصَايَا ".
Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The freeing of slaves is to be given precedence over bequests.
