اُردوEn
وَعَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ: " إِذَا أَوْصَى بِوَصَايَا وَبِعَتَاقَةٍ فَبِالْحِصَصِ ".
It is narrated from Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) that when someone makes bequests and frees a slave, it is to be divided according to the shares.
