قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْوَصِيَّةِ يَكُونُ فِيهَا الْعِتْقُ فَتَزِيدُ عَلَى الثُّلُثِ، قَالَ: " الثُّلُثُ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْحِصَصِ ".
Ayyub (may Allah have mercy on him) reports from Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on him) that he said concerning a bequest which contains manumission and exceeds one third: The third is to be divided among them according to their shares.
