أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: " إِذَا كَانَتْ وَصِيَّةٌ وَعَتَاقَةٌ تَحَاصُّوا ".
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When there is a bequest and a slave, divide it into shares.
