كِتَابُ قِتَالِ أَهْلِ الْبَغْيِ
Book of Fighting the Rebels
2 الْأَمْرُ بِقِتَالِ الْمَارِقَةِ مِنَ الدِّينِ .The command to fight those who pass out of the religion
3 صِفَاتُ الْخَوَارِجِ وَحُكْمُ قَتْلِهِمْ .The characteristics of the Khawarij and the ruling on killing them
4 الْخَوَارِجُ شِرَارُ الْخَلْقِ ، طُوبَى لِمَنْ قَتَلَهُمْ .The Khawarij are the worst of creation; glad tidings for the one who kills them
5 سَيَكُونُ فِي أُمَّتِي اخْتِلَافٌ وَفُرْقَةٌ .There will be disagreement and division in my Ummah
6 مُنَاظَرَةُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مَعَ الْحَرُورِيَّةَ .The debate of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) with the Haruriyyah
7 ذِكْرُ مُكَاتَبَتِهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ صَالَحَ قَوْمَهُ قُرَيْشًا .Mention of the document of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when he made peace with his people Quraysh
8 حُكْمُ الْبُغَاةِ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ .The ruling on the rebels of this Ummah
9 الْأَمْرُ بِقَتْلِ مَنْ يُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أُمَّةِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ .The command to kill whoever divides the Ummah of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)
10 النَّهْيُ عَنْ قِتَالِ مَنْ يَقُولُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُThe prohibition of fighting one who says La ilaha illa Allah
11 مَنْ شَهَرَ سَيْفَهُ ثُمَّ وَضَعَهُ فَدَمُهُ هَدَرٌ .Whoever draws his sword and then puts it down, his blood may be shed with impunity
