2 باب: ما يحرم به الدم من الإسلام زنديقا كان أو غيرهChapter: The Islam by which blood becomes inviolable, whether one is a heretic (zindiq) or otherwise

7 باب: من قال: يحبس ثلاثة أيامChapter: Those who said: He is held for three days
8 باب: من قال: يستتاب ثلاث مرات، فإن عاد قتلChapter: Those who said: He is asked to repent three times, and if he returns to it he is killed
