«أما بعد يا معشر قريش! فإنكم أهل هذا الأمر ما لم تعصوا الله فإذا عصيتموه بعث عليكم من يلحاكم كما يلحى هذا القضيب»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"To proceed: O people of Quraysh! You are the rightful holders of this matter (i.e., the caliphate and leadership) as long as you do not disobey Allah. But when you disobey Him, He will set over you people who will strip you just as this stick is stripped (of its bark)."

«أما خروجك من بيتك تؤم البيت الحرام فإن لك بكل وطأة تطؤها راحلتك يكتب الله لك بها حسنة ويمحو عنك بها سيئة; وأما وقوفك بعرفة فإن الله عز وجل ينزل إلى السماء الدنيا فيباهي بهم الملائكة فيقول: هؤلاء عبادي جاءوني شعثا غبرا من كل فج عميق يرجون رحمتي ويخافون عذابي ولم يروني فكيف لو رأوني؟ فلو كان عليك مثل رمل عالج، أو مثل أيام الدنيا أو مثل قطر السماء ذنوبا غسلها الله عنك; وأما رميك الجمار فإنه مدخور لك; وأما حلقك رأسك فإن لك بكل شعرة تسقط حسنة فإذا طفت بالبيت خرجت من ذنوبك كيوم ولدتك أمك»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"As for your going out from your house intending the Sacred House (the Ka'bah), for every step your mount places on the ground Allah Almighty writes a good deed for you in return and erases a sin from you in return. As for your standing at Arafah, Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, descends to the lowest heaven and boasts of them (the pilgrims) before the angels, saying: 'These are My servants who have come to Me with dishevelled hair and covered in dust from every distant path, hoping for My mercy and fearing My punishment, though they have not seen Me. So how would they be if they saw Me?' So even if you had sins equal to the grains of sand of Alij (a particular place), or equal to the days of the world, or equal to the drops of rain from the sky, Allah Almighty will wash them away from you (i.e., forgive them). As for your stoning of the Jamarat, that is stored up for you. As for the shaving of your head, for every hair that falls you have a good deed. Then, when you perform tawaf of the House, you come out of your sins as pure as on the day your mother gave birth to you."

"أما فتنة الدجال فإنه لم يكن نبي إلا قد حذر أمته وسأحذركموه بحديث لم يحذره نبي أمته إنه أعور وإن الله ليس بأعور مكتوب بين عينيه كافر يقرأه كل مؤمن; وأما فتنة القبر فبي تفتنون وعني تسألون فإذا كان الرجل الصالح ¤ أجلس في قبره غير فزع ثم يقال له: ما هذا الرجل الذي كان فيكم؟ فيقول: محمد رسول الله جاءنا بالبينات من عند الله فصدقناه فيفرج له فرجة قبل النار فينظر إليها يحطم بعضها بعضا فيقال له: انظر إلى ما وقاك الله ثم يفرج له فرجة إلى الجنة فينظر إلى زهرتها وما فيها فيقال له: هذا مقعدك منها ويقال له: على اليقين كنت وعليه مت وعليه تبعث إن شاء الله، وإذا كان الرجل السوء أجلس في قبره فزعا فيقال له: ما كنت تقول؟ فيقول: لا أدري فيقال: ما هذا الرجل الذي كان فيكم؟ فيقول: سمعت الناس يقولون قولا فقلت كما قالوا فيفرج له فرجة من قبل الجنة فينظر إلى زهرتها وما فيها فيقال له: انظر إلى ما صرف الله عنك ثم يفرج له فرجة قبل النار فينظر إليها يحطم بعضها بعضا ويقال: هذا مقعدك منها على الشك كنت وعليه مت وعليه تبعث إن شاء الله ثم يعذب"
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"As for the trial of the Dajjal, there has been no prophet who did not warn his nation about him, but I will warn you about him by telling you something that no prophet told his nation: he is one-eyed, and Allah Almighty is certainly not one-eyed. Between the Dajjal's eyes will be written 'Kafir' (disbeliever), which every believer will be able to read. As for the punishment of the grave (the trial of the grave), it is on account of me that you will be tried, and it is about me that you will be questioned. When a righteous man is seated in his grave, he sits without any fear. Then it is said to him: 'Who is this man who was sent among you?' He says: 'Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is the Messenger of Allah. He came to us with clear proofs from Allah, and we believed him.' Then a window is opened for him towards Hell, and he sees it, parts of it crushing other parts. Then it is said to him: 'Look at what Allah has saved you from.' Then a window is opened for him towards Paradise, and he sees its splendour and the blessings within it. Then it is said to him: 'This is your abode.' It is also said to him: 'You remained upon complete certainty, upon it you died, and upon it you will be raised again, if Allah wills.' And when an evil man is seated in his grave, he is terrified. He is asked: 'What did you used to say?' He says: 'I do not know.' Then he is asked: 'Who is this man who was sent among you?' He says: 'I heard people saying something, so I said the same.' Then a window is opened for him towards Paradise, and he sees its splendour and its blessings. Then it is said to him: 'Look at what Allah has turned away from you.' Then a window is opened for him towards Hell, and he sees it, parts of it crushing other parts, and it is said to him: 'This is your abode. You remained upon doubt, upon it you died, and upon this doubt you will be raised again, if Allah wills.' Then he is punished."

"أما قطع السبيل فإنه لا يأتي عليك إلا قليل حتى يخرج العير إلى مكة بغير خفير; وأما العيلة فإن الساعة لا تقوم حتى يطوف أحدكم بصدقته ولا يجد من يقبلها منه; ثم ليقفن أحدكم بين يدي الله ليس بينه وبينه حجاب ولا ترجمان يترجم له ثم ليقولن له: ألم أوتك مالا؟ فليقولن: بلى، ثم ليقولن: ألم أرسل إليك رسولا؟ فليقولن: بلى فينظر عن يمينه فلا يرى إلا النار ثم ينظر عن شماله فلا يرى إلا النار فليتقين أحدكم ¤ النار ولوبشق تمرة فإن لم يجد فبكلمة طيبة"
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"As for the cutting off of the roads (lawlessness), only a little time will pass over you before trade caravans travel to Makkah without any guard. As for poverty and need, the Hour will not be established until one of you goes about with his charity and finds no one who will accept it from him. Then each one of you will surely stand before Allah, with no veil between him and Allah, nor any interpreter to translate for him. Then Allah Almighty will say to him: 'Did I not give you wealth?' He will say: 'Yes.' Then He will say: 'Did I not send a messenger to you?' He will say: 'Yes.' Then that person will look to his right and see nothing but fire, then he will look to his left and see nothing but fire. So let each one of you protect himself from the Fire of Hell, even if only by means of a piece of a date, and if he cannot find even that, then by means of a good and kind word."

«أما ما ذكرت من آنية أهل الكتاب فإن وجدتم غيرها فلا تأكلوا فيها وإن لم تجدوا غيرها فاغسلوها وكلوا فيها وما صدت بقوسك وذكرت اسم الله عليه فكله وما صدت بكلبك المعلم وذكرت اسم الله عليه فكل وما صدت بكلبك غير المعلم فأدركت ذكاته فكل»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"As for what you mentioned about the vessels of the People of the Book: if you find other vessels, do not eat from them, and if you do not find any other vessels, then wash them well and eat from them. Whatever you hunt with your bow and mention the name of Allah over, eat it; and whatever you hunt with your trained dog and mention the name of Allah over, eat that too; and whatever you hunt with your untrained dog, but you find it alive and slaughter it, eat that as well."
"As for what you mentioned about the vessels of the People of the Book: if you find other vessels, do not eat from them, and if you do not find any other vessels, then wash them well and eat from them. «أمامكم حوض كما بين جرباء وأذرح»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Ahead of you is a Pond (Hawd) whose width is equal to the distance between Jarba and Adhruh (two places)."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The best of the things with which you treat yourselves is cupping (hijamah) and sea costus (qust bahri, a medicinal root)."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The son of Adam has been commanded to prostrate (in prayer) on seven bones (i.e., limbs)."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I have been commanded to give Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) the glad tidings of a house in Paradise made of hollow pearl, in which there will be neither noise nor fatigue and toil."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I have been commanded to prostrate on seven bones (limbs): on the forehead, on both hands, on both knees, and on the tips of both feet; and (I have also been commanded) that we do not gather up (i.e., tuck up) our clothes or hair in prayer."

"I have been commanded to fight the people until they testify that there is no true god except Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah. When they say it, they have protected their lives and their wealth from me, except by the right of Islam, and their (inner) reckoning is with Allah Almighty."

When they do that, they have protected their lives and their wealth from me, except by the right of Islam, and their reckoning is with Allah Almighty."

When they do that, they have certainly protected their lives and their wealth from me, except by its right, and their reckoning is with Allah, the Mighty and Majestic."

"I have been commanded to fight the people until they say 'La ilaha illallah' (There is no god but Allah). So whoever says 'La ilaha illallah' has certainly protected his life and his wealth from me, except by its right, and his reckoning is with Allah Almighty."

"I have been commanded to recite the Qur'an in seven ahruf (i.e., seven different modes of recitation), each of which is healing and sufficient."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I have been commanded (to emigrate) to a town that will devour all other towns (i.e., prevail over them). People call it Yathrib, but it is Madinah. It expels the (evil) people from within it just as the bellows remove the impurities of iron."

"Your affair after me is among the things that concern me, and in fulfilling your rights only those who are patient will remain steadfast."

"We have been commanded to say after the prayers 'Subhan Allah' (Glory be to Allah) thirty-three times, 'Alhamdulillah' (All praise is for Allah) thirty-three times, and 'Allahu Akbar' (Allah is the Greatest) thirty-four times."

"Wipe away the nasal mucus of the sheep and goats, keep their pens clean, and pray on one side of their pens, for they are among the animals of Paradise."

"Keep your wealth for yourselves and do not waste it, for whoever gives someone a lifelong gift ('umra), it belongs to that person and his descendants, in his lifetime and after his death."

"Keep your hand under your control."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The people of my Ummah will be (on the Day of Resurrection) the ones with radiant faces and shining limbs (due to ablution)."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This Ummah of mine is an Ummah that has been shown mercy. There will be no punishment upon it in the Hereafter; its punishment is only in this world, in the form of trials, earthquakes, killing and afflictions."
"This Ummah of mine is an Ummah that has been shown mercy. There will be no punishment upon it in the Hereafter; its punishment is only in this world, in the form of trials, earthquakes, killing and afflictions."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"On the Day of Resurrection, the people of my Ummah will have radiant faces because of their abundant prostrations and shining limbs because of ablution."

«أم قومك ومن أم قوما فليخفف فإن فيهم الكبير وإن فيهم المريض وإن فيهم الضعيف وإن فيهم ذا الحاجة فإذا صلى أحدكم وحده فليصل كيف شاء»
