«أمرت أن أسجد على سبعة أعظم: على الجبهة واليدين والركبتين وأطراف القدمين ولا نكفت الثياب ولا الشعر»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I have been commanded to prostrate on seven bones (limbs): on the forehead, on both hands, on both knees, and on the tips of both feet; and (I have also been commanded) that we do not gather up (i.e., tuck up) our clothes or hair in prayer."
