«آتى باب الجنة يوم القيامة فأستفتح فيقول الخازن: من أنت؟ فأقول: محمد, فيقول: بك أمرت أن لا أفتح لأحد قبلك»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"On the Day of Resurrection I will come to the gate of Paradise and ask for it to be opened. The keeper of Paradise will ask, 'Who are you?' I will reply, 'I am Muhammad.' He will say, 'It is for you that I was commanded not to open it for anyone before you.'"

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Among what people have received from the words of the earlier prophets is this: when you have no modesty left, then do whatever you wish."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The last to be driven (to the place of gathering) will be two shepherds from the tribe of Muzaynah. Calling out to their sheep, they will head for Madinah, but they will find it completely deserted, until, when they reach Thaniyyat al-Wada', they will fall on their faces."

"آخر من يدخل الجنة رجل يمشي على الصراط فهو يمشي مرة ويكبو مرة وتسفعه النار مرة, فإذا جاوزها التفت إليها فقال: تبارك الذي نجاني منك, لقد أعطاني الله شيئا ما أعطاه أحدا من الأولين والآخرين! فترفع له شجرة فيقول أي رب أدنني من هذه الشجرة فلأستظل بظلها وأشرب من مائها فيقول الله يا ابن آدم لعلي إن أعطيتكها سألتني غيرها؟ فيقول: لا يا رب ويعاهده أن لا يسأله غيرها وربه يعذره؛ لأنه يرى ما لا صبر له عليه فيدنيه منها فيستظل بظلها ويشرب من مائها, ثم ترفع له شجرة أخرى هي أحسن من الأولى, فيقول: أي رب أدنني من هذه لأشرب من مائها وأستظل بظلها لا أسألك غيرها, فيقول يا ابن آدم ألم تعاهدني ألا تسألني غيرها؟ فيقول لعلي إن أدنيتك منها تسألني غيرها؟ فيعاهده أن لا يسأله غيرها وربه يعذره لأنه يرى ما لا صبر له عليه فيدنيه منها فيستظل بظلها ويشرب من مائها, ثم ترفع له شجرة عند باب الجنة وهي أحسن من الأوليين, فيقول أي رب أدنني من هذه فلأستظل بظلها وأشرب من مائها لا أسألك غيرها فيقول: يا ابن آدم ألم تعاهدني أن لا تسألني غيرها؟ قال: بلى يا رب أدنني من هذه لا أسألك غيرها وربه يعذره لأنه يرى ما لا صبر له عليه فيدنيه منها فإذا أدناه منها سمع أصوات أهل الجنة فيقول: أي رب أدخلنيها فيقول: يا ابن آدم ما يعريني منك؟ أيرضيك أن أعطيك الدنيا ومثلها معها؟ فيقول: أي رب أتستهزئ مني وأنت رب العالمين؟ فيقول: إني لا أستهزئ منك ولكني على ما أشاء قادر"
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The last person to enter Paradise will be a man who walks on the Sirat in such a way that at times he walks on, at times he falls on his face, and at times the Fire scorches him. When he has crossed it (the Sirat), he will turn and look at it (the Fire) and say: 'Blessed is the One who has saved me from you. Allah Almighty has certainly given me a blessing that He has not given to anyone among the first and the last.' Then a tree will be brought before him, and he will say: 'O my Lord! Bring me close to this tree so that I may rest in its shade and drink of its water.' Allah Almighty will say: 'O son of Adam! If I give you this, will you not then ask Me for something else?' He will say: 'No, O my Lord!' and he will make a firm pledge to Allah that he will not ask for anything besides it. His Lord will excuse him (that is, overlook his impatience), because he will see something over which he cannot remain patient. So Allah will bring him close to that tree, and he will rest in its shade and drink of its water. Then another tree, more beautiful than the first, will be shown to him. He will say: 'O my Lord! Bring me close to this one so that I may drink of its water and rest in its shade; I will not ask You for anything besides it.' He will say: 'O son of Adam! Did you not pledge to Me that you would not ask Me for anything else? Perhaps if I bring you close to it, you will ask Me for something else?' So he will pledge to Him not to ask for anything besides it, and his Lord will excuse him, because he sees something over which he cannot remain patient. So He will bring him close to it, and he will rest in its shade and drink of its water. Then a tree will be shown to him at the gate of Paradise, more beautiful than the first two. He will say: 'O my Lord! Bring me close to this one so that I may rest in its shade and drink of its water; I will not ask You for anything besides it.' He will say: 'O son of Adam! Did you not pledge to Me that you would not ask Me for anything else?' He will say: 'Yes, O my Lord, but bring me close to this one; I will not ask You for anything besides it.' His Lord will excuse him, because he sees something over which he cannot remain patient, and He will bring him close to it. When He brings him close to it, he will hear the voices of the people of Paradise and will say: 'O my Lord! Admit me into it.' He will say: 'O son of Adam! What will put an end to your asking of Me? Would it please you if I gave you the world and the like of it along with it?' He will say: 'O my Lord! Are You mocking me, while You are the Lord of the worlds?' He will say: 'I am not mocking you, but I have power over whatever I will.'"

His Lord will excuse him, because he sees something over which he cannot remain patient, and He will bring him close to it. «آكل الربا وموكله وكاتبه وشاهداه إذا علموا ذلك والواشمة والموشومة للحسن ولاوي الصدقة والمرتد أعرابيا بعد الهجرة ملعونون على لسان محمد يوم القيامة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The one who consumes usury (riba), the one who feeds it (that is, pays it), the one who writes it down and its two witnesses, when they know that; the woman who tattoos (the body) for beautification and the woman who has herself tattooed; the one who withholds zakah; and the one who reverts to being a Bedouin after the Hijrah (that is, cuts himself off from the religion and the community and returns to ignorance): all of these are declared accursed on the Day of Resurrection by the blessed tongue of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) (that is, they have been cursed)."

«آكل كما يأكل العبد فوا الذي نفسي بيده لو كانت الدنيا تزن عند الله جناح بعوضة ما سقى منها كافرا كأسا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I eat as a slave eats. By the One in whose Hand is my soul! If the world weighed as much as the wing of a mosquito in the sight of Allah, He would not give a disbeliever a single sip (of water) from it."

«آكل كما يأكل العبد وأجلس كما يجلس العبد»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I eat as a slave eats, and I sit as a slave sits."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I eat as a slave eats, and I sit as a slave sits, for in reality I am only a servant and slave (of Allah)."

«آالفقر تخافون؟ والذي نفسي بيده لتصبن عليكم الدنيا صبا حتى لا يزيغ قلب أحدكم إن أزاغه إلا هي, وأيم الله لقد تركتكم على مثل البيضاء ليلها ونهارها سواء»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Is it poverty and need that you fear? By the One in whose Hand is my soul! The world (and its wealth) will be poured upon you in such abundance that if the heart of any of you deviates from the truth, it will deviate only because of it (love of the world). And by Allah! I have certainly left you upon a bright and clear path whose night and day are exactly alike (in brightness)."

«آمركم بأربع وأنهاكم عن أربع آمركم بالإيمان بالله وحده أتدرون ما الإيمان بالله وحده؟ شهادة أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدا رسول الله وإقام الصلاة وإيتاء الزكاة وصيام رمضان وأن تؤدوا خمس ما غنمتم وأنهاكم عن الدباء والنقير والحنتم والمزفت احفظوهن وأخبروا بهن من وراءكم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I command you to do four things and forbid you from four things. I command you to believe in Allah alone. Do you know what believing in Allah alone is? It is bearing witness that there is no true god except Allah and that Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is the Messenger of Allah, establishing the prayer, paying zakah, fasting in Ramadan, and that you give a fifth of the spoils of war (in the way of Allah). And I forbid you from using the dubba', the naqir, the hantam and the muzaffat (names of particular vessels used for making wine). Memorise these things well and inform those you have left behind about them."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I command you to do four things and forbid you from four things. Worship Allah and do not associate anything with Him, establish the prayer, pay zakah, fast in Ramadan and give a fifth of the spoils of war (in the way of Allah). And I forbid you from four things, namely using the dubba', the hantam, the muzaffat and the naqir (particular vessels used for making wine)."

«آمركم بثلاث وأنهاكم عن ثلاث آمركم أن تعبدوا الله ولا تشركوا به شيئا وأن تعتصموا بحبل الله جميعا ولا تفرقوا وتسمعوا وتطيعوا لمن ولاه الله أمركم وأنهاكم عن قيل وقال وكثرة السؤال وإضاعة المال»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I command you to do three things and forbid you from three things. I command you to worship Allah and not associate anything with Him, to hold fast all together to the rope of Allah and not be divided, and to listen to and obey the one whom Allah has put in charge of your affairs (that is, the ruler). And I forbid you from 'it was said and he said' (idle argument or spreading rumours), from asking much (begging without need or asking needless questions), and from wasting wealth."
"I command you to do three things and forbid you from three things. I command you to worship Allah and not associate anything with Him, to hold fast all together to the rope of Allah and not be divided, and to listen to and obey the one whom Allah has put in charge of your affairs (that is, the ruler). «آمروا النساء في أنفسهن فإن الثيب تعرب عن نفسها وإذن البكر صمتها»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Consult women regarding their own (marriage) affairs, for a previously married woman (a widow or divorcee) expresses herself by speaking, while the permission of a virgin is her silence."

«آمروا اليتيمة في نفسها وإذنها صماتها»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Consult an orphan girl regarding her own (marriage) affair, and her permission is her remaining silent."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Love for the Ansar is a sign of faith, and hatred of the Ansar is a sign of hypocrisy."

«آية المنافق ثلاث: إذا حدث كذب وإذا وعد أخلف وإذا ائتمن خان»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The signs of a hypocrite are three: when he speaks he lies, when he makes a promise he breaks it, and when something is entrusted to him he betrays the trust."

«ائت حرثك أنى شئت وأطعمها إذا طعمت واكسها إذا اكتسيت ولا تقبح الوجه ولا تضرب»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Come to your tilth (that is, your wife) however you wish; feed her when you yourself eat, clothe her when you yourself are clothed, do not speak ill of her face, and do not beat her."

«ائتدموا بالزيت وادهنوا به فإنه يخرج من شجرة مباركة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Eat olive oil as a condiment and anoint yourselves with it, for it comes from a blessed tree."

"When you are invited, accept the invitation (that is, attend it)."

"Allah Almighty has refused to grant the killer of a believer the ability to repent."

"O Abu Bakr! Allah Almighty and the believers will never accept that there be disagreement over you (over your becoming caliph)."

«أبايعك على أن تعبد الله لا تشرك به شيئا وتقيم الصلاة المكتوبة وتؤتي الزكاة وتنصح لكل مسلم وتبرأ من الشرك»

"I take your pledge of allegiance on condition that you worship Allah and do not associate anything with Him, establish the obligatory prayer, pay zakah, act sincerely towards every Muslim, and completely disavow polytheism (shirk)."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I take your pledge of allegiance on condition that you will not associate anything with Allah, will not steal, will not commit adultery, will not kill your children, will not bring a slander that you have invented yourselves, and will not disobey me in anything good. So whoever among you fulfils this pledge, his reward rests with Allah; and whoever commits any of these (sins) and is punished for it in this world, that punishment will be an expiation and a purification for him; and whoever's sin Allah conceals (that is, he is not punished in this world), his matter rests with Allah, the Mighty and Majestic: if He wills He will punish him, and if He wills He will forgive him."

"Begin with yourself and give charity (that is, spend) on yourself. Then if anything remains, on your family; if anything remains after them, on your close relatives; and if anything still remains after spending on your relatives, then spend like this and like this, to the right and to the left (on other people in need)."

«أبردوا بالظهر»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Delay the Zuhr prayer until it is cooler (when the intensity of the heat has lessened)."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Delay the Zuhr prayer until it is cooler (when the intensity of the heat has lessened), for the intensity of the heat comes from the breath (and raging) of Hell."

«أبشر عمار! تقتلك الفئة الباغية»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"O Ammar! Rejoice, you will be martyred by a rebellious group."

«أبشر فإن الله تعالى يقول: هي ناري أسلطها على عبدي المؤمن في الدنيا لتكون حظه من النار يوم القيامة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Rejoice, for Allah Almighty says: 'This (fever) is My fire which I set upon My believing servant in this world, so that it may be his portion of protection from the Fire (of Hell) on the Day of Resurrection.'"

«أبشروا إن من نعمة الله عليكم أنه ليس أحد من الناس يصلي هذه الساعة غيركم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Rejoice! Among the blessings of Allah upon you is that at this hour no one among people other than you is praying."

«أبشروا فإن هذا القرآن طرفه بيد الله وطرفه بأيديكم فتمسكوا به فإنكم لن تهلكوا ولن تضلوا بعده أبدا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Rejoice! One end of this Qur'an is in the Hand of Allah and the other end is in your hands, so hold fast to it; you will certainly never be destroyed or go astray after it."
