«آمروا النساء في أنفسهن فإن الثيب تعرب عن نفسها وإذن البكر صمتها»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Consult women regarding their own (marriage) affairs, for a previously married woman (a widow or divorcee) expresses herself by speaking, while the permission of a virgin is her silence."
