"من قال إذا أصبح: لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير كان له عدل رقبة من ولد إسماعيل وكتبت له بها عشر حسنات وحط عنه بها عشر سيئات ورفع له بها عشر درجات وكان في حرز من الشيطان حتى يمسي وإذا قالها إذا أمسى كان له مثل ذلك حتى يصبح"
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says in the morning: 'La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir' (There is no true god except Allah, alone, without partner; His is the dominion, to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things), it will be equal to freeing a slave from the descendants of Isma'il (peace be upon him); ten good deeds are recorded for him, ten sins are erased, he is raised ten ranks, and he remains protected from Satan until evening. And if he says it in the evening, he gets the same until morning."

«من قال إذا خرج من بيته: بسم الله توكلت على الله لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله يقال له: كفيت ووقيت وتنحى عنه الشيطان»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says when leaving his house: 'Bismillah, tawakkaltu 'alallah, la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah' (In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah; there is no power to avoid evil nor strength to do good except with the help of Allah), it is said to him: 'You have been sufficed and you have been protected,' and Satan moves away from him."

"Whoever says, 'I am better than Yunus bin Matta,' has lied."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says, 'I am free of Islam': if he is lying, he is as he said, and if he is truthful, he will not return to Islam safely."

«من قال حين يسمع المؤذن: وأنا أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله رضيت بالله ربا وبمحمد رسولا وبالإسلام دينا غفر الله له ما تقدم من ذنبه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says upon hearing the mu'adhdhin: 'Wa ana ashhadu an la ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa rasuluh, raditu billahi rabban, wa bi-Muhammadin rasulan, wa bil-Islami dinan' (And I too bear witness that there is no true god except Allah, alone, without partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is His servant and Messenger; I am pleased with Allah as Lord, with Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) as Messenger, and with Islam as religion), Allah Almighty forgives his past sins."

«من قال حين يسمع النداء: اللهم رب هذه الدعوة التامة والصلاة القائمة آت محمدا الوسيلة والفضيلة وابعثه مقاما محمودا الذي وعدته حلت له شفاعتي يوم القيامة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever recites this supplication upon hearing the call to prayer: 'O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and of the prayer about to be established, grant Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) al-Wasilah and virtue, and raise him to the Praised Station (al-Maqam al-Mahmud) which You have promised him,' my intercession becomes due for him on the Day of Resurrection."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever recites this supplication in the morning or in the evening: 'O Allah, You are my Lord; there is no true god except You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I abide by Your covenant and promise as much as I am able. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your favour upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for none forgives sins except You,' and then dies on that day or that night, will enter Paradise."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says 'Subhanallahil-'azimi wa bihamdih' (Glory be to Allah, the Magnificent, and with His praise) one hundred times in the morning and in the evening, no one will come on the Day of Resurrection with a better deed than his, except someone who said the same and added to it."

«من قال حين يمسي: بسم الله الذي لا يضر مع اسمه شيء في الأرض ولا في السماء وهو السميع العليم ثلاث مرات لم يصبه فجأة بلاء حتى يصبح ومن قالها حين يصبح ثلاث مرات لم يصبه فجأة بلاء حتى يمسي»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says three times in the evening: 'In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing,' will not be struck by any sudden calamity until morning; and whoever says it three times in the morning will not be struck by any sudden calamity until evening."

«من قال حين يمسي ثلاث مرات: أعوذ بكلمات الله التامات من شر ما خلق لم يضره لدغة حية في تلك الليلة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says three times in the evening: 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created,' a snake bite will not harm him that night."

«من قال رضيت بالله ربا وبالإسلام دينا وبمحمد نبيا وجبت له الجنة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says: 'I am pleased with Allah as Lord, with Islam as religion, and with Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) as Prophet,' Paradise becomes obligatory for him."

«من قال: سبحان الله العظيم وبحمده غرست له بها نخلة في الجنة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says: 'Subhanallahil-'azimi wa bihamdih' (Glory be to Allah, the Magnificent, with His praise), a date palm is planted for him in Paradise in return for it."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says: 'Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi, subhanakallahumma wa bihamdika, ashhadu an la ilaha illa anta, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayk' (Glory be to Allah and with His praise; glory be to You, O Allah, and with Your praise; I bear witness that there is no true god except You; I seek Your forgiveness and I turn to You in repentance): if he says it in a gathering of remembrance, it is as though a seal is set upon it, and if he says it in a gathering of idle talk, it becomes an expiation for him."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says 'Subhanallahi wa bihamdih' (Glory be to Allah, and with His praise) one hundred times in a day, his sins are wiped away, even if they are like the foam of the sea."

«من قال لصاحبه يوم الجمعة والإمام يخطب: أنصت فقد لغا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says to his companion on Friday, while the imam is delivering the sermon, 'Be quiet,' has engaged in idle talk."

«من قال: لا إله إلا الله مخلصا دخل الجنة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says 'La ilaha illallah' (There is no true god except Allah) sincerely from the heart will enter Paradise."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says 'La ilaha illallah' (There is no true god except Allah), that word will surely benefit him on some day of his life, whatever may have befallen him before that."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says one hundred times in a day: 'La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir' (There is no true god except Allah, alone, without partner; His is the dominion, to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things), it is for him equal to freeing ten slaves; one hundred good deeds are recorded for him, one hundred of his sins are erased, and it becomes a protection for him from Satan that day until evening; and no one brings a better deed than his, except someone who has done more than that."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever says 'La ilaha illallah' (There is no true god except Allah) and disbelieves in whatever is worshipped besides Allah, his wealth and his blood become inviolable (protected), and his reckoning rests with Allah, the Mighty and Majestic."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever recites ten verses in the night prayer is not recorded among the heedless; whoever recites one hundred verses is recorded among the devoutly obedient; and whoever recites one thousand verses is recorded among those who earn heaps of reward."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever stands (in prayer) in Ramadan out of faith and seeking reward, his past sins are forgiven."

«من قام ليلة القدر إيمانا واحتسابا غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever stands (in prayer) on Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Decree) out of faith and seeking reward, his past sins are forgiven."

«من قتل تحت راية عمية ينصر العصبية ويغضب للعصبية فقتلته جاهلية»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever is killed under a blind (aimless) banner, supporting partisanship (asabiyyah) and becoming angry for the sake of partisanship, his death is a death of Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic ignorance)."

«من قتل خطأ فديته مائة من الإبل ثلاثون بنت مخاض وثلاثون بنت لبون وثلاثون حقة وعشرة بني لبون»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever is killed by mistake, his blood money (diyah) is one hundred camels: thirty bint makhad (one-year-old she-camels), thirty bint labun (two-year-old she-camels), thirty hiqqah (three-year-old she-camels) and ten banu labun (two-year-old male camels)."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever is killed while defending his wealth is a martyr."

"Whoever is killed while defending his wealth is a martyr, whoever is killed while defending his life is a martyr, whoever is killed while defending his religion is a martyr, and whoever is killed while defending his family is a martyr."

«من قتل دون ماله مظلوما فله الجنة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever is killed unjustly while defending his wealth, for him is Paradise."

"Whoever is killed while resisting the injustice being done to him is a martyr."

«من قتل رجلا من أهل الذمة لم يجد ريح الجنة وإن ريحها ليوجد من مسيرة سبعين عاما»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever kills a dhimmi (a non-Muslim under covenant) will not even find the fragrance of Paradise, although its fragrance can be perceived from a distance of seventy years' travel."

"Whoever is killed in the path of Allah is a martyr, whoever dies in the path of Allah is a martyr, whoever dies of the plague is a martyr, whoever dies of an abdominal illness is a martyr, and whoever dies by drowning is a martyr."

«من قتل في عميا أو رميا يكون بينهم بحجر أو سوط فعقله عقل خطأ ومن قتل عمدا فقود يديه فمن حال بينه وبينه فعليه لعنة الله والملائكة والناس أجمعين»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever is killed in a blind fight, or in a clash of stone-throwing and whips that takes place among people, his blood money is the blood money for accidental killing. And whoever kills deliberately, retribution (qisas) will be taken from him, and whoever stands between him and retribution, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels and all the people."

"Whoever is killed in a blind fight in which people strike with stones, whips or a stick, that is accidental, and his blood money is the blood money for accidental killing. And whoever kills deliberately, retribution (qisas) will be taken from him, and whoever prevents him from retribution, upon him is the curse of Allah and His wrath, and neither any voluntary deed nor any obligatory deed of his will be accepted."

"Whoever kills a disbeliever, his belongings (salab) are for him."

"Whoever has a relative killed has the choice of the better of two options: either he takes retribution (qisas), or he takes the blood money and forgives."

"Whoever kills a believer and rejoices at his killing, Allah Almighty will accept from him neither any voluntary deed nor any obligatory one."

«من قتل متعمد دفع إلى أولياء المقتول فإن شاءوا قتلوا وإن شاءوا أخذوا الدية وهي ثلاثون حقة وثلاثون جذعة وأربعون خلفة وما صولحوا عليه فهو لهم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever kills deliberately is to be handed over to the heirs of the slain person; if they wish they may take retribution, and if they wish they may take the blood money, which is: thirty hiqqah, thirty jadha'ah and forty pregnant she-camels. And whatever they settle upon is their right."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever kills a mu'ahad (a non-Muslim under covenant) unjustly, Allah Almighty will make Paradise forbidden for him."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Whoever kills a mu'ahad will not even find the fragrance of Paradise, although its fragrance can be perceived from a distance of forty years' travel."
