Abu Matar (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates: "I came out of the mosque, and suddenly a man was calling out behind me. I asked: 'Who is this?' The people said that it was Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). So I walked behind him until he came to the fish sellers and said: 'No tafi, that is, fish that floats (having died in the water or rotted), is to be sold in our market.'"

Do not eat the sillawr or the anqalis." Al-Nadr bin Shumayl says: one of them is the jirri (a kind of fish) and the other is the marmahi (another kind of fish).
