وَقَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ : " حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيِّ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ قَوْمِهِ : أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ ، فَذَكَرَ لَهُمْ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ شَيْئًا ، فَرَخَّصَ لَهُمْ فِيهَا .
Ibn Abi Umar narrates that a man from the people of Bakr bin Abdullah al-Muzani asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about the meat of domestic donkeys, and "he (peace and blessings be upon him) told them something concerning their circumstances, then he (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted them to eat it."
