حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ : كَانَ عَطَاءٌ لَا يَرَى بِأَكْلِهَا بَأْسًا ، وَيَقُولُ : هِيَ صَيْدٌ " .
Yahya narrates from Ibn Jurayj that Ata' (may Allah have mercy on him) saw no harm in eating it (the hyena), and he used to say: "It is game."
