وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّرْجُمَانِيُّ ، ثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : إِنَّ بَقَرَةً انْفَلَتَتْ عَلَى خَمْرٍ فَشَرِبَتْ [مِنْهُ] فَخَافُوا عَلَيْهَا فَأَتَوُا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : كُلُوا ، وَلَا بَأْسَ بِأَكْلِهَا .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that a cow broke loose and went to some wine and drank from it. The people became worried about it (about the meat of the cow), and they came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Eat its meat; there is no harm in eating it."
