Evidence that performing Umrah from the Miqat is better than from Tan’eem, as it is more effort and expense.

 285 ‏(‏401‏)‏ بَابُ إِسْقَاطِ الْهَدْيِ عَنِ الْمُعْتَمِرِ بَعْدَ مُضِيِّ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ وَإِنْ كَانَ قَدْ حَجَّ مِنْ عَامِهِ ذَلِكَ‏.‏

No sacrifice required for Umrah after the days of Tashreeq, even if Hajj was performed that year.

 287 ‏(‏403‏)‏ بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الشَّيْخَ الْكَبِيرَ إِذَا اسْتَفَادَ مَالًا بَعْدَ كِبَرِ السِّنِّ وَهُوَ غَنِيٌّ، أَوِ اسْتَفَادَ مَالًا بَعْدَ الْإِسْلَامِ كَانَ فَرْضُ الْحَجِّ وَاجِبًا عَلَيْهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ غَيْرَ مُسْتَطِيعٍ أَنْ يَحُجَّ بِنَفْسِهِ،

Evidence that if an elderly person gains wealth after old age or after Islam, Hajj becomes obligatory even if unable to perform it personally.
