(372) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ النُّزُولِ بِالْمُحَصَّبِ اسْتِنَانًا بِالنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.

حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ، قَالا : حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ بِمِثْلِهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي الأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، بِمِثْلِهِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا : أَنْ لا تُنَاكِحُوهُمْ ، وَلا يَكُونُ بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ شَيْءٌ حَتَّى يُسْلِمُوا إِلَيْهِمْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ الرَّبِيعُ ، وَيُونُسُ : حَيْثُ تَقَاسَمُوا عَلَى الْكُفْرِ ، وَقَالَ بَحْرٌ : حِينَ أَقْسَمُوا عَلَى الْكُفْرِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه narrates from the Noble Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم a narration similar to the one mentioned above. In it are these words: They swore oaths among themselves that they would not establish relations with Banu Hashim and Banu Muttalib, nor would they have any dealings with them until they handed over the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم to his enemies. In the narration of Rabi’ and Yunus, it is stated that they swore oaths of disbelief among themselves. In the narration of Bahr, it is stated: When they swore oaths of disbelief.
