(340) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْوَطْءَ يَحِلُّ بَعْدَ رَكْعَتَيْ طَوَافِ الزِّيَارَةِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ الطَّائِفُ بِمَكَّةَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ إِلَى مِنًى.
Evidence that marital relations are allowed after the two units of prayer following the Tawaf of visitation, even if still in Mecca.
Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 2942 — Evidence that marital relations are allowed
قَرَأْتُ عَلَى أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي سُرَيْجٍ الرَّازِيِّ ، أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ مُجَمِّعٍ الْكِنْدِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُمْ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَزُورُ الْبَيْتَ ، فَيَطُوفُ بِهِ أُسْبُوعًا ، وَيُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، وَتَحِلُّ لَهُ النِّسَاءُ "
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would visit the Sacred House (Ka'bah), perform seven circuits of Tawaf, offer two units of prayer, and then his noble wives would become lawful for him.
