«احضروا الجمعة وادنوا من الإمام فإن الرجل ليتخلف عن الجمعة حتى أنه يتخلف عن الجنة وإنه لمن أهلها»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Attend the Friday prayer and sit close to the imam, for a man keeps staying behind from the Friday prayer until he is even kept behind from Paradise, even though he is one of its people."

"Dig the graves, make them deep and spacious, and bury two and three people in a single grave, and place in front (in the niche) the one who knows more of the Qur'an."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Guard your private parts except from your wife or your slave woman." It was asked (of him): "What if people are mixed together with one another?" He said: "If you are able to ensure that no one sees them, then let no one see them." Then it was asked: "What if one of us is alone in private?" He said: "Allah Almighty is more deserving than people that one should feel shy before Him."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Guard your tongue. O Mu'adh, may your mother lose you! Is there anything that throws people on their faces other than their tongues?"

«احفظوني في أصحابي ثم الذين يلونهم ثم الذين يلونهم ثم يفشوا الكذب حتى يشهد الرجل وما يستشهد ويحلف وما يستحلف»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Remember my instruction regarding my Companions, then regarding those who come after them, then regarding those who come after them. Then (after that) lying will become widespread, until a man will give testimony though his testimony was not sought, and will swear an oath though he was not asked to swear."

"Trim the moustaches closely and let the beards grow."

«احلفوا بالله وبروا واصدقوا فإن الله يحب أن يحلف به»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Swear by Allah, fulfil your oaths and speak the truth, for Allah loves that oaths be sworn by Him."

"Either shave it (the hair of the head) completely or leave it completely."

"أحيانا يأتيني - يعني الوحي - في مثل صلصلة الجرس وهو أشده علي فيفصم عني وقد وعيت ما قال, وأحيانا يتمثل ¤ لي الملك رجلا فيكلمني فأعي ما يقول"

"Sometimes the revelation comes to me like the continuous ringing of a bell, and this is the hardest on me; then, when this state leaves me, I have already retained all that he (the angel) said. And sometimes the angel takes the form of a man before me and speaks to me, and I retain what he says."

"I fear three things for my Ummah after me: the injustice of the rulers, belief in (the influence of) the stars, and denial of divine decree."

"I fear six things for you: the rule of the foolish, bloodshed, the buying and selling of judgement (the office of judge), severing the ties of kinship, a young generation who will take the Qur'an as musical instruments, and a multitude of police (oppressive officials)."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Shall I not tell you of a deed which, if you adopt it, you will catch up with those who went before you and outstrip those who come after you, except someone who does the like of it? After every prayer, say Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah) thirty-three times, Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest) thirty-three times, and Alhamdu lillah (All praise is for Allah) thirty-four times."

"Tell me of a tree that resembles the Muslim man: its leaves do not fall, and neither this nor that, and it gives its fruit in every season? It is the date palm."

«اختتن إبراهيم وهو ابن ثمانين سنة بالقدوم»

«أخذ الراية زيد فأصيب ثم أخذها جعفر فأصيب ثم أخذها عبد الله بن رواحة فأصيب ثم أخذها خالد عن غير إمرة ففتح الله عليه وما يسرني أنهم عندنا - أو قال - وما يسرهم أنهم عندنا»

"Zayd took the banner and was martyred, then Ja'far took it and was martyred, then Abdullah bin Rawahah took it and he too was martyred. Then Khalid took it on his own without being appointed, and Allah granted victory at his hands. And it would not please me that they were with us" - or he said - "and it would not please them that they were with us."

[أخذ الله عز وجل مني الميثاق كما أخذ من النبيين ميثاقهم وبشر بي عيسى ابن مريم ورأت أمي في منامها أنه خرج من بين رجليها سراج أضاءت له قصور الشام]
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, took a covenant from me just as He took their covenant from all the prophets, and Isa ibn Maryam gave glad tidings of me, and my mother saw in her dream that a lamp came out from between her legs by which the palaces of Syria were lit up."

«أخذنا فألك من فيك»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"We have taken your good omen from your own mouth (from your own words)."

«أخر الكلام في القدر لشرار أمتي في آخر الزمان»

"Speaking (debating and arguing) about divine decree has been deferred to the worst people of my Ummah at the end of time."

«أخر عني يا عمر, إني خيرت فاخترت, قد قيل لي: {اسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ أَوْ لا تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ إِنْ تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةً فَلَنْ يَغْفِرَ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ} , لو أعلم أني لو زدت على السبعين غفر له لزدت»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"O Umar, step back from me! I was given a choice, so I chose. It has been said to me: 'Ask forgiveness for them or do not ask forgiveness for them; even if you ask forgiveness for them seventy times, Allah will never forgive them.' [Surah at-Tawbah: 80] If I knew that he would be forgiven if I asked forgiveness more than seventy times, I would ask forgiveness even more than that."

It has been said to me: 'Ask forgiveness for them or do not ask forgiveness for them; even if you ask forgiveness for them seventy times, Allah will never forgive them.' «أخروا الأحمال فإن الأيدي مغلقة والأرجل موثقة»

"Expel the Jews of the Hijaz and the people of Najran from the Arabian Peninsula, and know that the worst of people are those who took the graves of their prophets as places of prostration."

"Go out to him, for he does not know the proper way of asking permission. Tell him to say it like this: As-salamu alaykum (peace be upon you), may I come in?"

«أخنع الأسماء عند الله يوم القيامة رجل تسمى ملك الأملاك لا مالك إلا الله»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The most humiliating and disgraceful name in the sight of Allah Almighty on the Day of Resurrection will be that of a man who called himself Malik al-Amlak (King of Kings), whereas there is no true king except Allah."

«إخوانكم خولكم جعلهم الله قنية تحت أيديكم فمن كان أخوه تحت يده فليطعمه من طعامه وليلبسه من لباسه ولا يكلفه ما يغلبه فإن كلفه ما يغلبه فليعنه»

"Your servants are your brothers; Allah Almighty has made them your property and placed them under your authority. So whoever has his brother under his authority, let him feed him from what he himself eats, clothe him from what he himself wears, and not burden them with work beyond their strength; and if he does burden them with more than their strength, then let him help them (in that work)."

"Return the trust to the one who entrusted it to you, considering you trustworthy, and do not betray the one who has betrayed you."
